RETURN POLICY Remember to refrigerate all baked goods upon arrival. Desserts can be eaten at room temperature. All orders are baked to order fresh from our kitchen, unfortunately all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be allowed. We throw away any bakes not picked up after three days. Zandria’s Dessert Boutique does not assume any responsibility for any issue that may arise in shipping process (ex. lost, stolen, or delays). All orders are nonrefundable or determined upon owner’s discretion. If owner decides to refund your order, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to process. Discretion may or may not result in store credit. Thank you.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Please keep in mind we do not ship dessert orders on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address. Tracking information is provided and will be sent to the email address on file. Once your order has shipped, Zandria’s Dessert Boutique is no longer responsible for your dessert package. It’s the responsibility of the customer to track your dessert package to the address on file. ZANDRIAS DESSERT BOUTIQUE, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Our luxury cheesecake trifle jars are ONLY shipped UPS NEXT DAY AIR. (Please choose this option when placing an order for shipping. ) UPS NEXT DAY AIR ensures and insures you’ll receive your dessert products in great condition. Please keep in mind desserts are frozen and kept in 48hr insulation bags with up to 2 moisture-resistant ice packs when departing our kitchen. Also, we do not offer shipping during November, December, or January due to the high volume of holiday shopping.
PICK-UP POLICY
Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for your order to be processed. Orders can be picked up on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am-3pm at the Memphis location listed on website. When you arrive at Memphis location, please text us at 662.259.8161 with your name and car details and we’ll bring your dessert order out to you. Please text us at 662.259.8161 to make arrangements to pick up in Olive Branch, MS.
